Thank you. What is target above the knees as depicted? What about just below the knees or at the ankles? I am 10 weeks post op for hip cam and labral repair. Trying to regain strength and muscle activation in that leg.

As a track and field/XC coach, I have to say, I love the exercises you picked! The nice part is you can do these almost anywhere even with limited equipment which is great for distance runners! Nice video! 🔥

I have headaches all day every day and my massage therapist mentioned my scm muscles are super tight and a pt told me to do these to stop overactive muscles!! How many times should I do this a day? I can’t even hold my head up longer that 4 seconds without feeling like I’m wobbly and I’m gonna die lol

I had tibial plateau surgery. 4 months later and 4 weeks of PT and I still can not straighten my leg. The healthy leg is -10 when extended all the way. The surgery knee is 7 degrees when standing. After PT working on it for 45 minutes and measuring in a seated position, it's at 0. They have stopped working on it because they think 0 is ok. I want it to match the other side. I'm an athlete and this is just not acceptable to me! What more can I do?

Thanks for the video! Do you recommend these same early, middle, and late stages for strains and tears for both pec major AND pec minor, or are there differences in rehab protocols? Thanks! Seems like an odd circumstance, but I strained what I believe is my pec minor doing some woodworking pushing really hard on dense material and felt a twinge.

High hami strain. Have been doing ex and laid of running and fast walking (the only thing that bothers it). 2 weeks and the most painful ex is still the single leg leaning forward. Other ideas? I’m afraid to try running again when I can’t do that forward hinge movt. Thank you for your advice.
